I'm Kevin Johnson. I built the system that runs Militant Media, then turned what worked into three sessions for other owners.

My Story

It Started With My Own Busywork

Before Militant Media, I spent five years selling residential HVAC in people's homes. Running my own company added a second job: the work around the work. Quotes, follow-ups, notes, invoices and the same answers typed out again every week.

So I started building with AI. Once I gave it a memory of my business and learned how to talk to it, I built a command centre around the problems that cost me the most. Today my tasks, clients, projects and follow-ups live in one place that knows my business.

Militant Mind is that path, cut down to three sessions. You skip the trial and error and start on your real work from the first hour.

How I Teach It

Start With the Problem
We never start with a tool. We start with what costs your business the most and build from there.
You Stay in Charge
AI drafts and suggests. Anything that touches money, customers or private information gets your yes first.
Build What You'll Open
A tool earns its place when you open it every day and the problem gets smaller. The rest waits on the Later list.

Militant Mind is a Militant Media program. The name comes from a simple standard: keep the promises you make to yourself and do the work at the highest level you can. It's how I work behind the camera, and it's how I teach.
